Salmon miso soup
Overview
Salmon is delicious and nutritious, but I dare not make salmon fillets at home for fear of spoiling my stomach. Besides, raw fish fillets may contain parasites, so to be on the safe side, it is better to cook them and eat them safely. It's hot now, it's a bit late in the summer, and I don't feel like eating, so I want to have some salmon soup, which is light and nutritious.
