Put the glutinous rice flour into a basin, slowly pour in warm water, and knead until the glutinous rice flour forms a ball

Place the glutinous rice balls on a plate, flatten them slightly (the flatter they are, the easier they will be to cook), put them in a steamer and steam them over high heat for about 15 minutes. The steamed glutinous rice noodles should be covered with plastic wrap to prevent the surface from drying out, and allowed to dry until warm

First sprinkle the pressing board with biscuit crumbs (I didn't buy soybean flour, so I used biscuit crumbs instead and it would be just as delicious). Place the glutinous rice balls on the pressing board and roll them out thinly

Spread the red bean filling evenly on the glutinous rice dough and smooth

Lift up one corner and carefully roll it inward. Use a knife to cut the glutinous rice roll into equal pieces. Sprinkle the remaining soybean noodles evenly on top with a sieve and it's done
