Grilled Tofu with Broccoli
Overview
Green vegetables are very attractive to me. Eating more fresh green vegetables is good for your health. Broccoli is rich in nutrients, containing protein, sugar, fat, vitamins and carotene. Its nutritional content ranks first among similar vegetables and is known as the crown of vegetables.

Wash the broccoli, break it into small florets and blanch it in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain it into cold water
