Fancy Peach Blossom Steamed Buns
Overview
When the weather gets cold, thousands of trees gradually wither, and flowers naturally wither and turn into spring mud. Seeing the bare branches, you can close your eyes and imagine the scene when the trees are full of peach blossoms. Next spring, the flowers moistened by the spring mud will surely be even more beautiful. O(∩_∩)O~ I didn’t like steamed buns in the past because I was always afraid of getting my hands stuck with the sticky noodles. We can't even get the noodles together. Later, I found a trick and realized that steaming steamed buns is actually quite simple. Especially when I saw the beautiful patterned steamed buns, I felt so happy~O(∩_∩)O~

Knead into a smooth dough and leave to rise in a warm place.
-
The fermented dough is about twice the size of the original dough.
-
Take out the dough and knead to deflate.

First take half of the dough, knead it into a long strip, then cut it into small noodles and squeeze them (about 20g of dough).
-
Press the flat dough onto the dough and roll it into a thin disk about 9cm in diameter.
-
Brush the rolled out dough with cooking oil and fold it into a semicircle.
-
Cut the folded semi-circular dough sheet into thirds crosswise.
-
Arrange them from short to long, with the cut side facing up.
-
Use a scraper to push the long end inward from the middle.
-
Pinch the ends and pinch the long ends together.
-
Make the peach blossom steamed buns in sequence and put them in a warm place to rise again.
-
Add water to the steamer, brush the steamer with oil, and add the steamed buns. Steam for 15 minutes.
