【Hubei】Tea tree mushroom, quail egg and native chicken soup
Overview
I used a simmering method that I secretly learned from the chef of the farmhouse, which is to add a spoonful of brown sugar when stir-frying the chicken nuggets. The important thing to remember is: adding a little brown sugar when frying the chicken nuggets not only makes the chicken nuggets more tender but also more nutritious. This little trick makes the chicken soup taste more delicious.
