Curry Shrimp
Overview
I bought a box of curry in the supermarket. It tastes very fragrant. I use it to make meat and tofu from time to time. I tried making shrimp today and it felt good.

Thaw the shrimps, add seasoning (1) and marinate for about 30 minutes;

Turn on medium heat and melt the butter in the pot;

Add 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic and 1/2 tablespoon minced onion, saute until fragrant, add 1.5 tablespoons flour, about 12 grams of curry paste and 1/2 tablespoon chili flakes;

Stir continuously in the pot to form a paste;

Pour in 1/4 cup of coconut milk, 1/2 cup of chicken broth, 1/4 tsp of instant coffee, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of pepper, 1/2 tbsp of caster sugar, 2 tsp of light soy sauce. Stir evenly and taste it. If it is not salty enough, add an appropriate amount of salt. If the taste is too strong, add an appropriate amount of sugar;

Pour in the onions and shrimps and stir evenly;

Cook until the shrimp and onions are cooked through. Do not overcook.
