Mix it up and have a bowl of [Zhajiang Noodles]

Overview

I'm at home alone and I'm too lazy to go out, so I just stay at home and make fried noodles to satisfy my craving. Of course, there are not as many side dishes as the original ones, so just eat whatever fruits and vegetables you have in the refrigerator. However, diced pork with fried sauce is my favorite! Each diced meat is wrapped in soybean sauce. After tossing it in the pot, the sauce is rich and the meat is soft and tender. Mix it with noodles or have a bowl of rice, it feels so good!
