Overview

I cooked some millet porridge today and added a few saffron sticks. I felt very comfortable after drinking it. My stomach and intestines haven't been feeling well lately, so I need to take care of myself.

Steps

  1. Wash the brown rice and millet and put them into the pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

  2. Add yam and simmer for another 10 minutes.

  3. Add a handful of oats and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Finally, add a few saffron stalks, add rock sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
