Steps
-
Crack the eggs into a bowl, use chopsticks to break them up and stir continuously. Beat as long as possible to make the mixture even.
-
Put warm water into the egg liquid, add a little salt and a little sesame oil, stir evenly with chopsticks, and remove the foam.
-
Pour the mixed egg liquid into the steaming bowl. Because the steaming bowl is relatively shallow, I always use a deeper small bowl to stir it first and then pour it into the steaming bowl.
-
Today I am using an egg steamer to make egg custard, just close the lid and press the start button. If you use a steamer, steam it slowly over low heat. It takes about five or six minutes for two eggs.
-
Cut the small persimmon in half from the middle
-
Put some fresh soy sauce and sesame oil on top of the steamed egg custard, and then decorate it with small persimmons and coriander leaves, like a lively and cute little goldfish, it's done.
