Material;

Soak the tofu in light salt water for 10 minutes;

Finely chop peppers and green onions;

Drain the tofu and cut into thin slices;

Heat oil in a pan, add tofu and fry one side first;

Fry the other side until golden brown;

Heat the oil pan again, add chili pepper and chopped green onion and saute until fragrant;
