Soak the rice cake slices in warm water in advance.

Wash the chicken feet, cut off the nails, cut in half, add cooking wine and ginger slices, cover with cold water, boil the water for 5-10 minutes, remove and set aside.

Wash the three-point crab, cut it with pliers, peel off the crab shell, take out the internal organs and gills on both sides, clean them and cut them in half. Coat the cut surface with starch and fry until golden brown.

Wash the shrimps, remove the heads and intestines, fry them in a pan until they become curled and set aside.

Heat oil in a wok, add peppercorns, dried chili peppers, bay leaves, ginger slices, garlic slices, and cinnamon, and stir-fry until fragrant.
