Overview

I bought a bottle of whipping cream. I originally wanted to make a mousse cake, but I’m too lazy. Let’s make some pudding first, just soy sauce~

Steps

  1. Prepare all the ingredients, soak 2 gelatine sheets in ice water until soft

  2. Put fresh milk + light cream + white sugar into a plate, heat over low heat and stir until the sugar melts

  3. When it is heated to a slight boil, turn off the heat and stir for about 30 seconds. Immediately add 2 drained gelatin sheets and stir continuously until the gelatin sheets melt

  4. Pour into the container

  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a day or night (I make it in the morning and can eat it after get off work in the afternoon)

  6. Put the fruit on the table and start eating~
