Overview
The recipe came from Xin Gourmet. When she published the recipe, I wanted to make it, but I didn’t have an oven at the time. This time I participated in the ACA baking journey and got an oven, so I quickly started cooking. This is a very simple and easy snack, especially suitable for novices. It's crispy and crunchy when you take a bite, and it's so delicious that you can't stop eating it.

Defrost the flying cake naturally until soft.

First preheat the oven to 200 degrees from top to bottom. Because the making process is so simple and quick, you need to preheat the oven from the beginning. Then place the bacon on top of the flycake.

Cut into sections, the picture I cut is a bit too thick, it would be better to be slightly thinner.
