Miso Winter Melon Chicken Ball Soup
Overview
This soup is simple to make. It is mainly seasoned with miso sauce. The ingredients are boiled chicken meatballs, winter melon, and wakame. Poached chicken meatballs made in advance.

Cut the winter melon into cubes.

Soak wakame.

Cut the gluten in half to make it softer.

Add water to the miso paste and release.

Add oil to the pan and sauté the onions and ginger.
