Ingredients: cabbage (washed), squid (washed and blanched), Kaiyang

Soak Kaiyang in boiling water and set aside.

Place the washed cabbage on the chopping board and cut into shreds, set aside.

Place the washed and blanched squid on the chopping board and cut it into pieces, set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped cabbage and stir-fry.

Then, add the soaked Kaiyang, add some water and bring to a boil.

Then, add the sliced squid, stir and cook slightly.
