Ingredients: Argentinian red shrimp.

Raw materials: Longkou vermicelli.

Raw materials: onion, garlic, ginger, pepper.

Wash the shrimps and cut off the whiskers and legs.

Use scissors to open the back along the spine line from top to bottom and pull out the shrimp line. Note: No need to shell.

Gently chop the shrimp body with the back of a knife a few times to break the shrimp tendons so that the shrimp body remains open.

Chop onions, garlic, ginger, and chili peppers into mince.

Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, light soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, pepper, and oyster sauce to the final ingredients to make a sauce.

Put the vermicelli into boiling water and simmer for a while.

After the vermicelli is cooked, put the vermicelli into a plate. Pay attention to the shape: high in the middle and low on both sides.

Put the shrimp onto the vermicelli with its head raised and leaning against the vermicelli in the middle.

Pour the sauce over the shrimp backs and vermicelli, then steam in a hot pot for 6-7 minutes.
