Ingredients
Steps
-
Pour the sugar into the softened butter that has been placed at room temperature in advance, and stir evenly. Add one egg and mix well, then add the other egg and mix well.
-
Next pour in the flour and stir until there are no lumps.
-
Pour in vanilla extract, soda ash, baking powder, and a little salt and stir evenly
-
Divide the prepared batter into several portions. Because I used a total of 5 kinds of coloring matter, I divided it into 5 equal portions. Then pour different coloring materials into each portion of flour and mix evenly. Juju uses yellow, green, blue, pink and purple~.
-
Then pour small spoonfuls of batter of various colors into the cup. Fill the cup about 3/5 of the way with the batter. Put it in the microwave and heat it at the highest temperature for about 1 minute until the cake erupts like a volcano.
-
Start making the cheese frosting on top. First, beat the cheese with a mixer for about 1 minute until the cheese is smooth and grain-free.
-
Add room temperature butter and mix well.
-
Continue to pour in the powdered sugar and stir until smooth.
-
Now that the cheese frosting is ready, pour it into a piping bag and pipe it onto the finished rainbow cake~!

Who would believe that this is a cake made in a microwave oven~~~
