Scallion pancake

Scallion pancake

Overview

The ones I made are relatively small, and they don’t seem to be very good, hahaha. However, the scallion pancake tastes sweet and fragrant, and is delicious and filling. I took some for my neighbors to eat, and they all said it was delicious. They also asked me how to make it, and said that I could take it with me on the road when I went back to my hometown during the New Year. It would fill my stomach and not spoil easily.
