  1. Remove the internal organs of the pomfret, clean the gills, scales and the black membrane in the belly, and cut into prismatic cuts

  2. Slice onions, slices of ginger, slices of garlic, and cilantro, and set aside one star anise

  3. Heat the pan with oil, add onion, ginger, garlic and star anise and sauté until fragrant

  4. Cook cooking wine, light soy sauce and balsamic vinegar in a pot and add a little sugar
