Steamed Potatoes with Bacon
Overview
Today I made a steamed potato dish with bacon that I love very much. I used the Xiangxi bacon from my friend, Wangjia Wu Brand. These two pieces of bacon given by my friend are so beautiful! People say pork belly, pork belly, this bacon, that is seven-layered flower! The layers of fat and thin are evenly distributed, and the color is also extremely attractive! One of them still has brittle bones. Doesn’t it make your mouth water? From the bottom of my heart, I felt that such beautiful bacon must be steamed and eaten once to live up to it~ I was worried that it would be a bit salty if steamed directly, so I paired it with some potatoes. The bacon takes advantage of the fragrance of potatoes, which makes it not overly salty and enriches the taste. The potatoes have absorbed the fat and aroma of the bacon, making them soft and soft, melting in your mouth, and filling your stomach~ So this dish can be said to be both a dish and a rice meal~
