Baby loves steamed pork ribs with mushrooms
Overview
My baby is three years old and loves to eat steamed pork ribs with mushrooms or steamed chicken. They are smooth and flavourful, and the bibimbap has a great appetite.

Soak the mushrooms in cold water first and set aside until completely swollen

Wash and chop the spareribs into small pieces

Add the ribs, shiitake mushrooms (sliced or diced), salt, fish sauce, oil, and water starch in sequence and mix well. Marinate for more than half an hour and pour into a dish (find a dish that can fit a rice cooker). I divided it into two small dishes, one for the morning and one for the evening.

Cook the rice until the water just boils. Place a small steaming rack on top of the rice and steam it until the rice is cooked. The steam will make the rice more tender and smooth! (You can also use a steamer placed over boiling water to steam)
