Honey Lemon Tea
Overview
I think black tea and lemon go well together, and flavored with honey, it is one of my favorite drinks in summer. Because lemon tea is simple to make and tastes sweet, its nutritional value and efficacy will not be elaborated here. However, when buying lemons, you must choose imported lemons, which are large and thin-skinned. The surface should be as smooth as possible. The heavier it is when weighed by hand, the greater the water content inside. Cut it without seeds and soak it in water so that it will not be bitter. On the contrary, the thin ones with thick skin and cores will be cheaper, but the taste will be much worse.
