Wash duck legs and splash water

Wash the duck legs that have been soaked in water and use oil-absorbing paper to absorb the moisture from the skin, then fry them in oil until both sides are golden brown.

Put the duck legs into the cooking pot and add onion knots, star anise, Sichuan peppercorns, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, ginger slices, pepper, and oyster sauce

Add the water from the submerged duck legs

Bring to a boil over high heat and add a handful of chili segments

Cook until one-third of the soup is left and add salt and chicken powder to taste. (I also put a few eggs in and marinated them. The marinated eggs taste great!)

Remove all the ingredients and soak for two hours before eating

Cut the duck legs into cubes, add the marinade, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and garnish with a little coriander. It tastes great!
