Pick the baby cabbage, soak it in salt water for ten minutes, rinse it three times with water, then chop it into pieces and drain it for later use

Chop the garlic and set aside

Wash and slice the ginger and set aside

Wash and slice the lean meat and set aside

Heat oil in hot pan and sauté garlic until fragrant

Add baby cabbage and stir well

Add appropriate amount of water and stir-fry

Add lean meat and stir-fry

Add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce and stir-fry

Stir-fry until the lean meat is cooked through and the baby cabbage is soft and tender
