Korean kimchi fried rice, a super simple quick lunch
Overview
I went out to run errands in the morning and missed my meal. I was about to suffer from low blood sugar due to hunger, so I quickly made a super simple and quick lunch to replenish energy. I had leftover rice in the pot, eggs and kimchi in the refrigerator, so I decided to make this simple and delicious kimchi fried rice. Forgive me for not remembering to take pictures until I was done. The steps were incomplete and I had to rely on what I wrote. :-P I also made a cup of Ceylon milk tea to go with it. It was a simple meal and I was full in no time. ^_^
