Sweet and sour saury
Overview
Swordfish is the most commonly eaten fish in our family🐟It is mainly fried, or sweet and sour! The method I made today was very successful and I would like to share it with you!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the swordfish with clean water
-
Chop the onions, ginger and garlic! I don’t like the taste of cooking wine, so add more garlic!
-
The pancake pan I bought is very convenient for frying fish and pancakes! But you do need a place to put it at home, or it will be used infrequently!
-
The fish 🐟 was fried well today 😊 It’s done and ready to be plated!
-
Add oil to the pot and add a few grains of rock sugar
-
The rock sugar changes color when fried
-
Add onions, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add a little water, sugar, vinegar, and light soy sauce! My ratio is one to one, each store has different tastes, so you have to explore and experience on your own! Add starch to the juice and sugar in the pot to thicken it. Don’t make it too thick, just a little bit will do!
-
When the gravy is done, turn the fish over and add salt and take it out of the pot!
-
Colored with rock sugar, the color is beautiful and appetizing!

In this way, the sweet and sour saury is delicious and the saury still retains the crispy aroma of the freshly fried saury, which has a good texture and delicious taste!
