Today I made braised potato ribs with green onions. Instead of using potato cubes, I used potato balls. The texture is better than potato cubes when cooked, and the appearance is better than stewed potato cubes. At least the soup will not be sticky and thick

  1. Put the ribs into a pot of cold water and bring to a boil

  4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the wok, about the same amount as usual for cooking, add a small piece of rock sugar and stir-fry until the sugar color turns

  5. Stir-fry rock sugar, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

  10. Pour an appropriate amount of boiling water and wipe it over the bones

  11. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the ribs are almost cooked and add the potato balls

  12. Add appropriate amount of salt and simmer for a while

  13. Bring the soup to a boil over high heat and reduce to a thick consistency. Don’t make the soup too dry. The rice mixed with the soup will be very fragrant
