Sticky bean buns with red bean paste
Overview
I remember that in the winter when I was a child, I would often see people pushing carts selling sticky bean buns when I went to the market. My father knew that I liked to eat them, so he would buy a few for me whenever he saw them. When I got home, my mother would steam them again, serve them on the table, and dip them in sugar. They were delicious. I just happened to make some red bean filling at home. The bean buns I made are made of solid ingredients, full of bean filling, slightly sweet, healthy, hygienic and delicious.
