  1. Wash the rice and cook it in a pot for 7 or 8 minutes. Pour it into a pot and drain it. During this period, rinse it with water to keep the rice grains fresh and not sticky.

  2. When cooking rice, prepare diced carrots, green peas, potato cubes, and bacon dices

  3. Heat cooking oil in a pan and when it is 60% hot, pour in the potato cubes.

  5. Leave a little remaining oil in the pot, add diced bacon and fry until oil is slightly released, then add green peas and diced carrots, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
