Prepare the basic ingredients as shown in the picture. Mince garlic and cut dry red pepper into sections. Blanch the preserved eggs in boiling water and cool them down and set aside.

Divide the preserved eggs into two or three portions according to your favorite shape and put them into a deep bowl.

Add dried red pepper, minced garlic, 1/6 spoon of salt, and three preserved eggs, about 1 ml of salt.

Then add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 3 tablespoons of vinegar. As shown in the picture.

Stir in chicken stock. Mix well.

Remove the preserved eggs from the plate. Pour the sauce one by one into the deep bowl.
