Golden Corn Roast
Overview
Corn frying is a snack that my whole family loves, but I don’t make it often because it wastes oil~~ I used to use a big pan, and the oil was poured in like water. This time I changed to a small square pan. I thought I could save some money, but I didn’t expect that the effect of the corn frying is surprisingly good. This summer, corn frying can become a frequent visitor on my family’s dining table~

Rinse the sweet corn kernels, soak in hot water for a few minutes, and drain slightly

Add cornstarch: glutinous rice flour = 2:1 into the sweet corn kernels

Mix well until the corn kernels are coated with sticky batter

Brush a pan with a layer of oil, heat over low heat, spread the corn kernels evenly and fry over low heat for about 3 minutes

Pour in enough oil to cover the corn kernels, turn to high heat and fry for about 3 or 4 minutes
