Milky hand-shredded toast
Overview
I was attracted to this hand-shredded toast when I first saw it. After making it, I couldn't help but fall in love with it. First, because it is really delicious, soft texture, and rich in milky aroma, which is absolutely different from ordinary toast. Second, it only needs one fermentation, no need to rest, and the production time is greatly shortened. It is simple and fast but still delicious. However, to make this toast, the most important thing is the choice of flour. The higher the gluten content of the flour, the greater the success rate. This is very important. Japanese toast powder is combined with Leho organic butter and Alphabet zero-calorie sugar. It is soft and silky, nutritious and low in sugar, organic and healthy. You will definitely fall in love with it.

Ingredients
Steps
-
First prepare all the ingredients, weigh them and set aside.
-
Put all the liquid ingredients into the mixing bowl first, then add all the remaining ingredients, except organic butter and rose sea salt.
-
Start the mixer, mix the ingredients evenly in the first setting for 3 minutes, then turn to the second setting for 10-15 minutes, and beat the dough to a rough film.
-
Add the softened organic butter and rose sea salt, then start the cooker again at level 2 for 10-15 minutes and then turn to level 3 for 5 minutes. (The dough can be cut into small pieces with scissors to increase the contact area and achieve a better dough beating effect)
-
Knead until a uniform glove film can be completely pulled out.
-
Simply gather into a smooth, non-sticky dough.
-
Divide the dough evenly into three equal parts. There is no need to ferment at one time. Do not over-knead the three doughs here into a round shape.
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it out to a length of about 40cm.
-
Roll it up from top to bottom, and roll the other two in the same way.
-
Then don't let it relax, just take a piece of rolled dough and gently roll it out again, the length is about 50 cm.
-
Roll up from top to bottom, and roll the other two in the same way.
-
Put them into the toast box together.
-
Prepare a bowl of hot water and put it in the oven for fermentation until it is about seven minutes full.
-
Then preheat the oven at 180 degrees with upper and lower heat, put the toast box into the oven, and bake the middle and lower layers for about 40-42 minutes. (The temperature and time are for reference only, each oven is different, the Becui 5400 in the picture)
-
Immediately after baking is completed, remove from the mold.
-
This toast is really simple and delicious.
