Stir-fried cucumber with ham sausage
Overview
I don’t like to eat ham, but I like to eat cucumber with ham! Isn’t it a little bit mean?

Steps
-
As shown in the picture, prepare the raw materials! I only used half of the ham sausage.
-
Chop ginger and garlic into mince, and cut chili into sections. Peel the cucumber and cut it into long strips as shown in the picture. If you are handicapped, you can refer to the way I cut it. I am a handicapped vegetable cutter. The ham is also cut into short strips in this way
-
The materials are cut and sorted
-
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and dried chili and saute until fragrant
-
Add ham sausage and stir-fry until the skin is slightly browned
-
Add soy sauce and ham and stir-fry evenly, then add cucumber and stir-fry until cucumber turns color
-
Add water and simmer until the water covers the vegetables, as shown in the picture
-
Drain all the soup, add salt, test if it is salty, and it is ready to serve
-
There was a little too much soy sauce, hehe, but the taste was still okay for someone who loves cucumbers!
