Ingredients
Steps
-
Add a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a small amount of salt, and a spoonful of starch to the minced meat, mix well and set aside.
-
Prepare tofu, green onions and peppers chopped.
-
Cut the tofu in half flat and into equal portions, using a small spoon to make a small well in the middle of each piece of tofu. (Do not dig through the bottom)
-
Stuff each piece of tofu with meat filling.
-
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
-
Arrange the fried tofu into the casserole.
-
Add a little oil to the pan, add two tablespoons of soybean paste and stir-fry briefly. (Be careful when the oil sprays out and it will be hot to your hands. If you like garlic, you can add it and saute it together)
-
Add a spoonful of oyster sauce, an appropriate amount of salt, an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, and stir-fry until evenly combined.
-
Add about a small bowl of water, bring to a boil, remove from heat, and replace with a casserole.
-
Pour the juice into the tofu casserole.
-
Cover tightly and simmer for about 10 minutes to add flavor to the tofu.
-
Finally add a spoonful of water starch to thicken the soup and turn off the heat.
-
Finished product. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and chili pepper to garnish.
