The fish was too big, so I had to steam the tail and the head was stewed

Wash the fish, add onion, ginger, salt, cooking wine and light soy sauce and marinate for 10 minutes

Place on a plate and steam for 20 minutes

Take out of the pot, pour in appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce, and it’s ready
