Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the sugar in three batches

Add the egg whites in two parts to the whole low-gluten flour and cocoa flour respectively. Pay attention to cutting and mixing

Pour into the 8-inch mold, layer by layer. First pour a portion of the flour-free batter, then pour in the cocoa batter. The first layer should be completely covered, and then pour from the middle. Shake slightly before pouring in the next batter, and finally shake out the bubbles

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, set the upper and lower heat, place the middle and lower layers (I used Changdi 32V, placed on the penultimate layer), and bake for about 1 hour
