Chili scrambled eggs
Overview
In this green pepper scrambled egg dish, peppers and eggs are both good and often eaten ingredients. Pair these two ingredients together, add a little sugar and vinegar, and the slightly sweet and sour taste just right balances out the spiciness of green peppers. It is very suitable for a family who is intolerant to spicy food. Green peppers cannot be stir-fried over high heat, as the nutrients will be lost over high heat. In order to avoid the time-consuming addition of seasonings one by one, I mixed the seasonings into a bowl of juice in advance. When frying, I poured the bowl of juice into it and solved it in one step.
