Overview

One of my son and I's favorite dishes. Very fragrant. And delicious. Friends who are afraid of spicy food can choose non-spicy chili powder. It works great.

  1. Wash the ribs with hot water

  2. I used rapeseed oil, but you can also use vegetable oil or other oils. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry pork ribs, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a little salt. Stir-fry for a minute or two, then add water and cook to ensure the ribs are cooked through

  3. When the water is almost dry, add garlic seeds and stir-fry together with the pork ribs until the garlic is fragrant

  4. Then add green onions, chili powder, Laoganma, and cumin and stir-fry over low heat. Stir-fry for three minutes and then remove from the pan

  5. Finally load the disc. Fragrant and delicious. The rest of the fried noodles are delicious
