Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the dried tofu into appropriate pieces
-
Cut the peppers. If you have little friends at home, you can cut the green peppers thinner to reduce the spiciness
-
Separate the fat and lean pork belly, cut the fat into small pieces, shred the lean meat into shreds and chop into minced meat
-
Ginger slices and shredded
-
Garlic, smashed
-
First put a little oil and half a bowl of water to boil. Add the minced meat and ginger. Add some salt and some chopped green onion before taking it out of the pot
-
Put the fat into the pot and remove the oil. Add garlic and small red pepper (I don’t have any at home, so I didn’t add them). Saute until fragrant and add green pepper
-
Fry the green peppers until they are three ripe. Add a pinch of salt. Add the fried tofu and stir-fry for half a minute. Pour in the prepared minced meat soup. Add some Laoganma and cook for 2 minutes. Add shredded ginger and take it out of the pot. Hehe. This is my first time trying this. I will cook it better next time.
