Stewed with minced meat and eggplant
Overview
I learned this recipe from TV, and today I finally have time to practice it. I had been busy looking for a casserole before, and I remembered that my mother had one there, so I immediately called her to ask, but she even forgot that there was a casserole at home! I finally found it after repeated reminders! Hehe, today is the weekend. When I got home, my mother had found it and washed it clean! Then hurry up and serve!
