Overview
The Badagan in western Fujian is very famous, including Roupu Dried, which is the favorite of two children. When my children saw that the Changdi CKTF-32GS oven was being used, they kept asking me to make butcher jerky. Ask a friend to send you the ingredient list for the butcher shop jerky. It’s actually very simple. After sending my children to kindergarten, I went to the market and selected leg meat to make pork jerky. The CKTF-32GS's fan hot air circulation grilled the pork jerky evenly without any local scorching.

Take a piece of anti-stick oil paper and pour the minced meat into it. Cover it with plastic wrap and roll it out flat. Place it in the preheated middle layer at 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
