Grilled chicken legs
Overview
I was still participating in the New Year’s dish event held by Gourmet World, and I got an oven. I’m so happy! This weekend, my son wanted to eat roasted chicken legs, so he used this oven to bake them once, and it was a great success! Thank you Gourmet World!

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash and drain the chicken legs, and use toothpicks to prick some small holes in the chicken legs.

Use dark soy sauce to apply color evenly on the inside and outside.

Then add salt, minced ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onion, cooking wine, allspice, honey and other seasonings.

Knead it a few times to infuse the flavor, then put it in the refrigerator to chill overnight.

Take out the chicken legs and put them on the grill,

Place in the preheated oven, heat up and down to 190 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes.

Take it out and brush it with honey,

Put it into the oven again, 180 degrees, and bake for 5 minutes.
