Sauerkraut and Beancurd Chicken

In the picture of the raw materials, remove the chicken from the chicken legs, shred the ginger, and cut the chili pepper into sections. Cut sauerkraut into sections. Mince the garlic cloves. The chicken needs to be marinated with a little wine and a little salt.

First put the garlic, shredded ginger, chili and Sichuan peppercorns into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant

Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until it changes color

Add the chopped sauerkraut, continue to stir-fry, add salt, sugar, shrimp roe soy sauce, Totole Fresh Beef Sauce and chicken essence

Place the sliced tofu in a bowl, and place the fried sauerkraut chicken pieces directly on top of the tofu

Put the ingredients in a cold water pot and steam for 30 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes.
