Braised pork ribs with dried bamboo shoots

The dried bamboo shoots made by my parents are extremely delicious. They taste very tender after being cooked. They are moist and delicious when paired with pork ribs

Soak the dried bamboo shoots two hours in advance, changing the water several times

Chop fresh pork ribs into small pieces

Put the ribs in cold water and prepare to blanch

After the water boils, knock off the blood foam and keep it on medium heat for two minutes

Drain and set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add Pixian bean paste, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant

Add ginger, onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

Add the pork ribs and stir-fry

When stir-frying, add light soy sauce and sugar, stir-fry evenly
