  3. Put the radish on the bottom, pour the soup into the pressed mutton, and add the ingredients: two chili peppers, a little tangerine peel, one star anise, and a little sugar. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes until the radish is fragrant, flipping the bottom with a spoon to prevent the radish from sticking to the pot.
