Handmade beef noodles
Overview
Add a little salt to the flour to form a hard dough, and knead it vigorously. Cover with a wet towel and set aside to wake up. After the beef is soaked in water, stir-fry and add light soy sauce, star anise and peppercorn cooking wine, then put it into the pressure cooker and simmer for 50 minutes. That's it.
