Medium Toast with Rose Bean Paste
Overview
I really wanted to eat food made with rose bean paste filling. I have been busy recently and didn’t want to take too much trouble, so I chose bread. Because bread making is mostly done by machine, it is relatively trouble-free for me. It just takes a little effort to stir-fry some bean paste. The cheese used in this toast is butter.

-
Fry the red bean filling in butter. Because rose sauce is added, there is no need to add sugar. Let the bean paste cool slightly and then add rose sauce. Don't add it too hot, lest the heat evaporates the fragrance of the roses,
-
Mix well and set aside. With the addition of rose sauce, the bean paste became a little lumpy. Not very easy to spread. That's it, don't fry it anymore, otherwise the rose flavor will be lost.
-
Add 350, flour, salt and 3 grams of yeast powder to the milk,
-
Just stir with chopsticks until smooth
-
Put it into a container, pack it in a plastic bag, refrigerate it and ferment it to make medium-sized seeds. I posted it for a day and it doubled in size.
-
Tear the medium-sized dough into pieces and put them into a bread bucket, then add the remaining flour, 2 grams of yeast powder, and eggs,
-
After the dough mixing process, add softened butter,
-
Continue the dough kneading process, knead the dough to the expansion stage, and wait until the film can be pulled out,
-
Kneaded dough
-
. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size.
-
After the dough has deflated and relaxed, roll it into a long sheet and spread the rose bean paste filling
-
Roll up
-
Cut along the length from the middle
-
twist together
-
Place in bread pan.
-
Continue to ferment until doubled in size
-
Turn on the bake function and bake for 45 minutes. I made too much dough and it came out of the bread barrel when I baked it.

The toasted bread has a lot of rose bean paste inside after being sliced. It’s very sweet
