Overview

I made a donkey meat rice with soy sauce for dinner. I had a lot of side dishes left over, so I made a salad with seasonal vegetables. I didn’t waste every vegetable. It’s also a post-holiday cleansing recipe.

  1. Wash all vegetables and blanch them.
