Preparation materials: flour, cornmeal, sugar, yeast (milk powder and water are not included)

First mix 150 grams of flour, cornmeal, 20 grams of sugar, milk powder, and 2 grams of yeast, add an appropriate amount of water and mix into a dough, as shown in the picture

The mixed corn dough is placed in a basin to ferment

Add appropriate amount of water to the remaining flour and yeast to form a dough and ferment for about an hour.
