Boil water and fry large pieces of meat

Take it out and put it in a tagine pot, stir-fry without oil, don’t use too much heat, and stir-fry until it is slightly brown (if there is a lot of meat, you can fry it in batches)

Add light and dark soy sauce and stir-fry, pour in appropriate amount of water, add aniseed, perilla leaves, cinnamon, rock sugar and scallions

The juice will be reduced after an hour~ (I used a tagine pot, which actually didn’t last 1 hour, I just wanted to simmer it away~)
